"They were very responsive and before the first initial inspection and first appointment they always kept me up to date. My husband would have wished for options to be presented but there was only one. But after talking with those in the field, we were getting a good deal with Mighty Mite. They couldn't do all the work on one day due to the storm so we had to schedule the outside work to be done. I would have wished for a reminder update about the following meeting. We knew about it but since I didn't hear from them like I did for the inspection and the first treatment appointment I thought maybe we might have not been on the schedule.
