"Excellent work, prompt responsiveness, great communication / status updates! Started project same day and completed next day. Installed new water heater & recirculation pump, and replaced toilet fill valve. Highly recommend Carlos & his team!"

"I had been having problems with my water heater for a while. I contacted 5 point to take a look at it and within an hour they had a technician at my door step. They gave me a reasonably price, took care of my issue and within a few hours they were on their way."

"STRONGLY RECOMMENDED. I hesitate to write this review only because it will only make it harder to get Sergio to conduct electrical work for my house. Sergio was fantastic - clearly dedicated to his profession. Because he was replacing the entire panel, came out to look at it beforehand to make sure he had the parts. No unnecessary time was wasted on the day of installation because he knew what was needed. I have already set up for Sergio to come to do more work at the house!"

"He was very nice to talk with and repaired our washing machine. He even helped sweep the water out."
