I was told when I made the appointment that 75% of these issues can be fixed. Andy came out and said he could reinforce the bent door with a rail and bigger bracket, but didn't guarantee the gap from it being bent could be fixed (made sense). Within an hour, he had completely fixed the bent door including the gap at the top was GONE and no longer bent. He also did a tune up on my other door.
