"Mr. Kutcher was was so easy to work with. I am not technical so when I explained the problem he searched until he found the cause. Mr. Kutcher not only repaired the well leak, he also found another problem and fixed it while he was here. And best of all, he removed a mouse that had chewed through the electrical insulation in the well mechanism and electrocuted itself. The trip sensor for our well had burned out, causing water to run constantly (the mouse caused problem 2, not the original leak) and he replaced the part from stock on his truck. Mr. Kutcher was just great, even though we were new customers and our call was right after Christmas. He was polite, arrived promptly and completed work effectively and efficiently. They also helped me to collect the data I required for a formal complaint to the insurance company of the previous contractor. What was truly amazing however, was how they worked with the supplier to get us the absolute best deal on the equipment necessary for the replacement. If we had paid them to do the work in the first place, we wouldn't have lost $16,000 to a contractor who ruined the equipment in our first installation through ignorance. I recommend the 10-year maintenance contract. This was a mini-split system, so it required an advanced skill set and they had it."
