Andre promptly contacted me after I requested a quote on AngiesList to replace a shingle that had blown off during a recent storm. I provided him with a photo of the damaged area and he quickly recognized the color/manufacturer and made sure I had a good match. His price was fair - $100 for materials and labor - he would have to buy an entire pack and agreed to leave behind the extra shingles. He worked around the tenant’s schedule and went out the very next day (a Sunday). While on the roof he noticed other nearby areas needing repair - 3 field shingles. Replacing them required the removal and replacement of 9 ridge shingles. Instead of doing only what he was hired to do, he took it upon himself to correct all of the problem areas because, as he later told me, the job isn’t done right if he looks past the other damaged areas. I had worked it out with the tenant to pay him when the job was done (I live and work 500 miles away). After the job was complete, Andre sent me pics of the job. I was surprised to learn that he had done all of the extra work and had collected payment without requesting extra compensation for the added labor. I looked up his company on Facebook and their company’s statement is 100% true - they do professional work in a timely manner and focus on building relationships with each of their customers. As a long distance homeowner I have found it difficult in the past to find contractors that I trust to do good work at a fair price. I would absolutely hire them again and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for help in their areas of specialty (roofing and fencing, according to their Facebook page)."

Their marketing person spent about 6 hours at my home inspecting/photographing the existing roof condition from the outside and inside the attic, explaining their product, the warranty, and the installation process. The materials were delivered the day before the installation. The 5-man installation crew showed up the next day as scheduled, including a truck-mounted trash bin. 8 hours later I had a new asphalt tile roof with new plywood wood base, liner and edge-to-peak ventilation system. The post install cleanup was thorough, including a magnet sweep for nails. The crew members were cordial, careful and thoroughly professional. They had obviously knew what they were doing and had worked together before. I am thoroughly impressed with the installation and the product."
