"Their regular clean is really bad. The floor has little black dirt on it after the clean. The door has marks which can be wiped out easily. There are dusts on top of the outlets on the wall. The window clean is bad too, they didn't clean the exterior of one window and it's within reach, they have many excuses to not clean the window. Now I have to do all the clean all by myself, why would I spend money to hire these "professionals". I asked them to change another technician to fix the missed clean parts, first they said what I do is light clean, light clean is like that, then they me for more money to fix it. You'd better hire another company to do the clean."

Terry, the owner, was quick to respond with a visit to give us a reasonable quote considering how much polishing and sanding would be required to make them all like new again. Terry's stone refinishing team of Trenton and Gil came out and did an excellent job of restoring our counter surfaces throughout our house. It took one day for the kitchen and another for the bathrooms and laundry room. All of the appliances and fixtures were carefully masked off and in the original condition after the process, which was a big relief. Mr. Peabody's team was professional and courteous throughout the process. We highly recommend that you give Mr. Peabody's a call if you need your stone/quartz counters resurfaced. These guys are great at what they do!"

"I was very impressed with both the owner-operator and the work. First, he vacuumed the carpets to be cleaned. The blood stains were several years old and I had removed as much as possible, but there were dark spots left. They are completely gone now. I had forgotten that I had the same company clean our carpets in 2001, but found this by searching in my check book. Interesting coincidence. I certainly will call this same company the next time I need carpets and/or upholstery cleaned."
