Roberto, Isa & co. are true masters of their trade, and it REALLY helps that they can handle everything themselves instead of hiring out specialists which takes more time & money. Roger is an idea guy, and continues to think of new improvements / enhancements to your project; don't be surprised if he comes to you with something! Best advice I can give is to take him up on it if your budget allows - the adjustments were completely worth it, and priced quite fairly. The crew is in demand, so the project went on a bit longer than we'd hoped, but if you can be patient and want quality work, this is the team to work with."

Jonathan was an excellent communicator. He understood the project, bringing up elements I had not thought of. He came to the site twice before doing the job, once to see the project, a second time to make sure the finish would not be adversely affected by the product. He researched the use of the product on metal handles as well. Each time he was prompt, pleasant, and made intelligent suggestions. He and his assistant Maria did a thorough job.
