"I reached out to Premier Flooring in the afternoon and Javier Ramos from Premier Flooring responded within the hour. The next morning Javier met us at the job site to discuss the job and work out details for getting the materials from the carpet supplier. The very next morning Javier and his crew were picking up the purchased carpet and pad to begin the installation. As soon as they arrived at the job site, I could tell that these guys were very experienced. They worked as a team quickly removing the old carpeting/padding and preparing the sub-floor for the installation. They were able to complete the entire 2nd floor carpet installation without the need for a single seam. Very impressive! They were highly effective, the carpet was installed flawlessly, and there was virtually no damage whatsoever to any of the newly installed and painted baseboards. They hauled away all of the old materials for disposal and the entire job was completed by noon. I've worked with many contractors over my lifetime and I can honestly say that Javier and his crew from Premier Flooring are one of the best at their craft."

"The salesperson, Mark (?), was great. Very thoughtful and generally a really nice guy. I was looking to recarpet two bedrooms - didn't want to spend a ton and didn't want anything super plush. He steered me towards some good possibilities. Shopping for carpeting can be very overwhelming. Once he came out to the house to measure, it became clear that some options would create a clearance problem with closet and bedroom doors. I am glad he noticed that because otherwise, I'd have had to have the doors removed and cut -- costing me more. The installers were prompt, polite and thorough. And very quick. Remarkably so. The only negative comment I can make is that the pad installed is not as cushion-y as I had hoped. Because of the concern about door clearance, a very thin pad was recommended. As it turns out, I could have gone with something a bit thicker, which would have been a lot better. Even the installer was surprised by the choice but at that point it was too late. <br />"

We were looking to replace the carpeted area including the stairs and refinish the existing hardwood floor downstairs. He was very punctual and was on the property on time, Infact, I got delayed due to evening commute traffic. I walked him through the work that needed to be done. <br /> He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. SG Carpet is partnered with Costco and provides excellent service to Costco members. In addition he discussed all the options that we had for our remodel. <br /> Their pricing was within our budget but, unfortunately, they did only new installations. "USean Bell, salesperson, was amazing and very patient as I changed my order several times.  The delay occurred when the Mirage Engineered Hardwood was two weeks late in arriving requiring my changing the moving date of all the furniture stored to another date and extending storage contract another month. Unfortunately, the call informing of the delay came the day I was expecting Floor Dimensions to arrive and install the flooring.   <br /> Installation of the Marmoleum was on time and finished withing a week.  The installation of engineered hardwood took two weeks and went without a hitch. <br />"

"Submitted a question on Angie's List about whether Gary did free quotes and whether furniture needed to be moved around for carpet re-stretching.  Received a call very quickly from Marsha, his wife - she was lovely and said that Gary could be out for a free estimate that week.  Gary arrived right on time, gave us our quote and said that he had time to fix our issue before going to his next customer which was very convenient for us.  I can't believe how great the carpet looks - brand new and no sign of the previous speed bumps.  Gary was super friendly and worked very hard.  I feel very fortunate to have found someone that knows their stuff and will be using him in the future should any other carpet issues come up as well as telling my friends and family about him.  Good workers are hard to come by these days - you will not be disappointed by the customer service you get here. <br />"
