"
We would like to share the very positive experience we had with Interior Trends. We recently purchased a large house in Tucson and decided to do major upgrades before moving in. We hired IT to help us through what seemed like a daunting process. The project began with extensive discussions of our preferences and tastes. The ?Kathys? at IT and their assistants spent time with us at the house and at their office, offering suggestions for everything from colors and materials to plumbing and wall changes. They were most helpful in putting together a master plan. Individual members of the team at IT worked with us during the process, bringing in other experts--for example, a window treatment specialist--as needed. When we selected plumbing fixtures, they were with us, and their reputation for working with the plumbing distributor was evident in the service we received there. We were at the house to observe the carpenters, electricians, tile craftsmen, painters, etc., and cannot say enough good things about their integrity and the quality of their work. IT uses excellent people to execute their vision and does a great job of coordinating and overseeing the work. The task of moving in our entertainment system components, including a large HDTV, and setting the system up was especially well done. The components were placed into the beautiful cabinet space that had been built for them, assembled and checked. When any changes to the plan had to be made, we were promptly consulted. Similarly, when we wanted to change something or needed something done that was outside the plan, IT made it happen for us. When the job was done, Kathy Lyles walked us through the house, inspecting every element of the job, noting the smallest items that needed correcting. They also worked with us once we moved in to make any adjustments that were needed.

We are now enjoying waking up every day to a warm and tastefully upgraded home thanks to all the staff and crew at IT. We smile each time we show people around, especially the master bath, when comments like ?oh my goodness, that is beautiful? are common.
"

"It took about 2 weeks to complete. The bathtub and toilet were removed from the spare bathroom and the sink and lighting was replaced. Also, the towel and toilet bars were replaced to match the new bathroom decor.
It's a family owned business. Wife and daughter help with guiding client towards places to find and view possible colors, tile, sinks, etc.. They set up appointments and do odd jobs as needed to include painting and picking up materials from various vendors..
The main contractor is Wayne Gregan. He and his wife Patty came to house at first for the estimate and providing guidance. Wayne and his partner do the bulk of the manual labor, though they sublet the plumbing to another contractor.
Because we had two toilets being replaced, they had a porto-potty set up in front of the house during the process. It was not a distraction and was promptly removed when the work was completed.
They also made sure to clean up any dust, etc., at the end of each day.
Wayne and his partner worked from minute they arrived until they left, with only a short lunch break each day (7:30-4:30). It was very impressive.
I had an idea of what I wanted but not the actual pattern/material figured out.
Now I have a beautiful bathroom shower stall with a built in seat, rain shower head, grab bar and glass doors.
The toilet was replaced with a higher model which makes it easier to get up and down from.
The sink was replaced with a beautiful sink vessel that sits on top of the vanity.
The top of the vanity was tiled to match the shower which now has a beautiful tile and design pattern.
The toilet in the master bath was also replaced with a taller model. (Toto)
We were pleased with the entire process and would highly recommend them.
"

"This company was recommended to us by our daughter who had them do some work for her. They did a series of projects for us beginning June 2012. We first had him do some minor items: install solar powered attic exhaust and whole house fan. We continued to find projects that we wanted done. We called him back several times between June 2012 and March 2013. The amount given above is the total amount that was spent with the company.
He and his workers are honest. His workers carefully cleaned up after themselves every day. They worked with us regarding scheduling of work. The carport turned out exceptionally well. If one didn't know it, they would never know that it was added to the house. The successfully did the arches and stucco.
While the company is listed under home builders, they also do home renovation and repairs.
"

FAQs for major home repair (general contractor) projects in San-Simon, AZ

In many cases, it’s much less expensive to convert a bus than to buy an RV, especially if you’re considering a newer RV model, which can exceed $100,000.

Another huge benefit of school bus conversion is that you are in control of the renovation project. You get to pick your camper's new layout and all the appliances and furniture.

While school buses can easily cost $300,000 when they're new, you can often find used buses for just a few thousand dollars. These vehicles experience extreme depreciation due to government regulations; they can only be used for so long before they must be replaced. Due to those same regulations, other government agencies cannot purchase them for their own uses, so the consumer market is the only place they can go.

The length of time it takes to convert a bus depends on the scope of the project (and size of the bus), how much work is DIY vs. done by a professional contractor, and how much work you’re doing up front.

In general, expect at least a couple of months for a conversion, but larger conversions could take six months to a year. Remember: You can tackle projects as you go: Get the basic work done so that it’s livable, and then continue to enhance your living space over time.
