Maybe something should have been sprayed on them but they do have water spots. I have expressed this to the rep and she was checking it out. "Chris and his crew are very professional and efficient. We live in a very rural area without any close hardware stores. As with anything in rural Texas there will be glitches without a quick way to retrieve parts etc. This happened, but it is not unexpected. Chris, Michael and his crew were exceptionally friendly, professional and efficient and performed all work in a timely manner. My wife and I intend to keep them busy with other projects as needed. Cost was very reasonable and well under other quotes. The cost also included the price of the replacement windows. I provided the hot water heater. They also cleaned up the connections for the hot water heater and moved us into the 21st century in that regard.

Did a good job, providing 2 layouts to choose from.  Completed design and sent email and snail mail paint and furniture samples in a little over a month from starting the process.  The previous estimate was 2-3 weeks so it wasn't so late.  My only disappointment was the design was not for the complete room.  They told me that the missing area was considered an entry way or hallway and could be designed for an additional fee.  I did not want to pay an additional and accepted their explanation, but on second thought, in my opinion, it isn't really separate.  There is a large archway one-third of the way into the room, but I have never considered it as two separate rooms and no one visiting my home has ever mentioned it.  Every room has an entrance.  I wouldn't call the way to get into a room as a separate room. Other than that, I would say a got a great deal overall.
