"It was a trying experience. It was hard to get them to call back and when they did call back, it was hard to get them scheduled and get them to show up. We spent a couple of months trying to get them to show up. They have an answering machine instead of a live person answering the phone. It wasn't easy. When they did show up, they did do the job. They did good work, but it was hard to get them here. We have a gutter cover because of the pine trees and they dislodged one of those and we had to get the gutter people to come out and reinstall it. They were not real careful, but the roof itself is good and it doesn't leak. We called a couple of other companies and they were right in the middle."

I was contacted by Journey Builders a day or two after I submitted a request on Angi.com. Yero came out and inspected my 25 year old roof, telling me it would be probably be October before they could schedule it (inspection was June 7th, 20224). When he called in to see when they could schedule it, they had a cancellation and knocked $5000 off the price if I was willing to start the next day. Exactly 7 days later almost to the hour the roof has been installed! Way sooner than I expected. Yero was totally pleasant and very low pressure as opposed to the estimator from another company who had visited my home the prior day and spent 3 hours trying to sell me a really expensive roof with car salesman tactics.
