"Hired to install an outdoor enclosed elevator on 3/29/22. Had to pay a deposit of 50k. Elevator was to be completed in July, 2022. Lied to about every part of the progress including that the plans were waiting to be approved, only to find out they were never even completed let alone turned in. Hired an atty to get my deposit back. Nothing resolved. Jim and Mary Ann asked to a release form. I signed it, and still never received full deposit back. Only received 13k that they deposited on elevator. Do not hire this company. They are not reputable and their word is no good"

They showed up on Monday Morning did a complete tear off, replaced the plywood which was all soft due to many hurricanes and had the metal on and completed by the end of the day. "I had a small project to fix some relatively minor storm damage and remove the pool solar heating panels. Miguel came out to provide the estimate within a couple days of first contact. It was a small job, so he personally did the work over two days. He notified me of his comings and goings, cleaned up after himself, and the roof looks great again. He was also able to do some minor fascia repair (additional cost, of course) along the way. I'll definitely use John Hogan Roofing next time I need roof repairs."

"Rainier Roofing did a great job of roofing our 100-year-old home in Tampa. Sameer Asmar and Joe Aponte were so professional, friendly and helpful, and they worked with us and persevered through quite a few challenges during the project, making accommodations wherever possible. The crews worked hard and fast. There was a lot more wood replacement needed than anyone imagined before the old roof was removed. One day an unexpected, fast-moving heavy rainstorm came through as they hurried to get the tarps over the exposed rafters. In addition, after roofing the main house, the work on the garage had to be delayed for a few months due to a separate construction permit issue on the garage structure itself (not related to the roof). But through all of the challenges, they continued to work with us until everything was complete and looking fantastic. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up at the end of each phase, and they reinstalled the gutters properly. I highly recommend Rainier Roofing."
