Riadh was very honest about the process that would best suit the condition of the counters. He could have sold me the restoration package which was approx 2.5 times more expensive. Instead, he suggested that the deep cleaning and polishing process would achieve the desired result I was aiming for. He test cleaned the most problematic area first and then with my approval proceeded with the rest of the granite which now looks looks brand new. "Danny and team invited us up to find cheaper items they had in stock that could fit our project so we didn't have to buy a full slab. They then came to do what this small job, what they didn't tell me was they made side cuts in the granite so the people working on the wall would be able to flush mount their wood and we would see no seams at all. No extra cost, just the quality they provide. Danny the owner was there the whole time and continued to move, adjust and eye until it was perfect. We were impressed and asked for a quote on our kitchen which was provided by Amma the same day. Normally we expect weeks for a quote, we had three different options in the same day. We decided to go forward, we were provided addresses of the granite yards they work with. We ended up going with an exotic granite which was just to stunning for us to pass up. The team invited me up when the slab was there to pick out the layouts and color patters I wanted. Not only did they do this, they also cut the backs spalsh so the unique patterns matched perfectly. Spent all the time to ensure we liked, taught us how to take care of them and cleaned up all the other work. They also lined up a plumber so everything worked the same day. Family business and they really made me feel like I was part of the family."

"<p>We had to remove the original oak parquet from our guest bedroom because of water damage.  The baseboards and some of the wood under the plaster walls had also been ripped out so everything would dry.  The adhesive under the flooring was sticky tar.  It was a total mess!  </p> <p>We bought tile similar to the wood floor color in the rest of the house and called Brian for an estimate. We know Brian does quality work because he installed wood plank tile in our kitchen.  He knows how to set tile close together to minimize the grout line.  He also staggers the pattern so it looks more like wood.</p> <p>Brian explained he would deal with the black tar by encapsulating it with a skim coat.  Fortunately, he was able to work us into his schedule to do the skim coat pretty quick.  Then he returned and in 2 days laid all the tile in the room & closet, grouted, installed new baseboards and the transition threshold.  He needed to replace some of the boards under the plaster walls to attach the baseboards so he also made a trip to the store, purchased the wood and installed it for us.  </p> <p>It was hard to lose the original wood floor but Brian did a great job with the plank tile and we are pleased with the end result. </p> <p><br /></p> <br />"
