We were going to replace our carpet and vinyl downstairs with a quick grind and seal to the existing concrete floor underneath. However, it wasn't in great shape, so we had to shift gears and do a concrete overlay that was then stained and sealed. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional, quick, and talented. they demolished our old deck (installed by builder), and installed/stained a new one in less than a week. Steve the designer, and Ryan our project manager listened to what we wanted, and designed & built a beautiful deck that exceeded our best expectations. They even adjusted for some unforseen issues in the grading of our yard, and added extra skirting and an entryway to underneath the deck with no issues or delay.
