Price, materials, workmanship, communication. Recently I reached out to Larry because I was doing a drainage project and I wanted a small extension on a drain pipe. Larry was at my house the next day with what i needed. He installed the piece for me and then didn't want to accept payment. He said he just wanted to make his customers happy. I forced him to take something, and he was grateful. If every service I look for could come even close to how great Larry and his company are, i would be so, so happy."

"The. gentleman that came out and gave us the quote was professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with. The men that did the install also were punctual and professional. The entire job looks great. It has only rained a couple of times since the install and these gutters and downspouts are larger than the previous ones which we wanted so it’s hard to say, but they certainly seem to be working very well. We are quite pleased."

"Roof was installed poorly. Verified by two inspectors. Sustainable KW has done nothing to fix it. Our roof began leaking a month after the install. Apparently they used the wrong nails and didn't put the nails in the right places (amongst other things). They have ghosted us. If they installed your roof you should get it inspected. Can not recommend."
