"IY Development did an amazing job on our kitchen remodel in San Francisco. The team was professional, quick, and made sure everything looked perfect. We love our new kitchen and highly recommend them!"

"I received 4 quotes on my kitchen remodel and the best quote came from Palm Construction so I hired them. The project started on time and it went very smooth. There were no issues and my kitchen turned out great, even better than I expected. Excellent contractor, will definitely work with Palm Construction again!"

"We had such a wonderful experience with the crew from expert home builders ! They came out to remodel the kitchen and landscaping. They had masks and gloves , they were kind , professional and clean . I will definitely recommend them to my friends!"

"Once I sent her all the measurements, it took her a little while to get the options back to me.  Overall, they're good designs.  However, they're very simplistic and give general ideas for space planning.  I was hoping to have a better idea for sizes of furniture for the space and some variations on staging.
Jill was very responsive when I did have a question.  I'm not sure how helpful it is to have a virtual design done.  If we lived in similar cities, I'd probably use her again for help with additional designs.

"Finally an honest Solar company!! I went through several companies trying to get quotes for one of my properties, either they were ridiculously expensive or they didn't return my calls. A friend of mine referred me to Mega Sun and I have to say I am very pleased. Within a couple days from the initial phone call I already had an estimate and once i decided to go with them the installation was completed in one week. Its been a little over a month since they completed the install and everything is working smoothly.

I was amazed at just how great the customer service was. I just want to say thank you to the whole team who helped out, I really appreciate all your hard work. Now I know you guys are the ones to call for all future jobs."

"It all went really well, and my wife and I are very happy with our new kitchen!  Freddy worked with us on the price, and helped us to save costs by dropping off his dumpster trailer so we could do the demolition ourselves.  We signed the contract in December, and while we were gone for the holidays, Freddy had completed fabrication of the cabinets, and gotten all permits submitted for approval.  We started work in early January, and we were done in about 2 weeks.  It only took that long because we found some structural issues that required revising our plans and getting new permit approvals that slowed down the work.  The crew was great, and put in a couple of really long days to keep on schedule."
