"We got a few quotes for our roof and did not feel comfortable enough to pull the trigger until we met with Rene from Cervantes Roofmasters. He came out himself to look at our roof and provided us with three separate quotes. Once we signed the contract his team was here early Monday morning with Rene popping in through out the day to look at their progress. On Wednesday we got some rain so they were not able to work for the rest of the week to allow the rain to stop and the materials to dry. They were back that Saturday and stayed until the job was complete. I am happy to report that we have had some heavy rain storms since the completion and have not had any issues with leaking. Would definitely recommend Mr. Cervantes for any roofing needs. We have a flat roof, no shingles and his team didn't miss a beat they knew exactly what they were doing. I provided before and after photos."

On June 26, I contacted Huff because one of the vents were observed leaking after a storm. He said he would contact me by that weekend to arrange a time to look at the problem. He never called or made an effort to correct the issue. On August 26, I contacted him again. Another storm cause water to leak into the house from the same roof vent. Mr. Kevin Huff told me that he would contact me be Saturday Aug 31st, 2019 to make arrangements to inspect the damage. Mr. Huff failed to contact me and make arrangements. I have contacted another repair company to fix the leak."
