"I expected a bit more treatment in patio area because I had understood during inspection that the termites had infested a larger area. Upon completion I brought that to their attention and they showed me the order which did not have area marked. They also did go over the said area with me and I was ok with it."

"After the prior tenants moved out of the condo I bought, roaches were running around during the day. I had Gorilla come out once while the painters were there and it helped a lot. A few weeks later, there were still some stragglers. So they came out again for no additional charge and put spots of organic pest killer (I have cats and had to be sure it wouldn't hurt them)."

"We have them do the pest control around the house (outside).  They came and spray everywhere outside of the property.  We have an annual contract with them.  They will come every quarter.  We like them because they claimed they use eco friendly pesticide.  No complain as of yet.  They used the internet to sent us the receipt and what service they did.

"Found a wasp nest at my house over a weekend, and called Bee N' Wasp on a Monday morning around 9am.  I was honestly expecting to leave a message but was pleasantly surprised to have someone answer the phone and be ready to help me.  The person who answered was very nice but since I was in LB he gave me the cell phone number for Sam, the person who services my area, so that I could coordinate scheduling directly with him.  So I called Sam, again, expecting to leave a voicemail but another pleasant surprise he answered the phone and was extremely nice.  He was willing to come out that same day @ 1130 AM!  I was not prepared for that, and asked if he could come in the late afternoon/early evening after work.  He said the next day would work, and he'd be there at 530.  Also gave me a quote of 125 to remove a single nest + 25 dollars for any additional nests or work if needed.
Next day:  He actually shows up 5-10 minutes early (great!). I show him the location of the nest that I found (plus another one that I saw after I scheduled the call), and he said he'd take a look around the house before starting.  He found 2-3 other nests on the property and told me about them before proceeding to remove them.  This man was very thorough, and pleasant the whole time too.
After all work was done, he gave me the invoice for 150, wished me a good evening and that was that.  In an out in around 30 minutes.  I honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.  I wish the guarantee was longer than 2 months but probably not something that can be controlled.

"Very knowledgeable guy who seem to know what he’s doing. Don’t know results of spraying. Have had much rain since. Will have to see if it worked. Terminex will spray again the beginning of next month."

"Highly recommend very professional and Joshua stood up to his policy of solving my pest problems.. 5 star all the way. He stand strong on his work."

"Very knowledgeable and efficient! Targeted to termite entry question (chimney, with nest in the attic over the master bathtub) and resolved it and other insect challenges at a reasonable cost."

"We had an awesome experience with Josh and his crew at Pest Busters. From the start, Josh stood out for his professionalism and knowledge. Fumigation was a big concern for us, but after a clear explanation of our dry wood termite problem, the rest of the process went really smooth. We couldn't be happier with their guidance."

"I moved to the Inland Empire almost 20 years ago. Every summer my home and yard were overrun with ants. Since Wayne and Centerpoint were originally hired to eliminate rats in our attic- which they did; I was pleasantly surprised that I have also been ant-free during the summer for the first time ever! I have happily kept Centerpoint on a monthly basis. They are reasonably priced, and extremely efficient at pest eradication.."

"These guys came out really quickly. I was concerned I may have a termite problem: I had a bird that was pecking a hole in my house - I was sure it was b/c he heard termite grubs or something... As it turns out... NO, it was just a bird trying to peck a hole in my home... the gent that arrived looked - then took the time to educate me about it then fixed the hole - then gave me some options for fixing it if it should happen again."
