"We have a 50 year old single family residence that was built in the 70s. The foundation needed repairs to restore it to its original strength, and retrofits to meet current earthquake regulations. "The project was in completed in four phases over 9 months time. I am extremely satisfied with the work. Tim Larkin and his installation team are timely, efficient, careful, and most of all, detail oriented. Every home presents workmanship challenges to a project. I was so impressed with how the team was able to find solutions such as going over air vents and building moulding returns that look absolutely beautiful (see pics). I am not done hiring them either! I have one more project for them and they will be in home in 2019 for sure."
