"Did a $59 consult only. Turned out the cost of repairing the old heater was almost as much as a new one, so we got a new one, and handled the install ourselves. Luis B was great, knowledgeable, friendly, didn't try to upcharge just to sell a heater, which we appreciated. Gave us an honest evaluation, several options, and was right on time. I will say, though, that the company failed to call me when he was on his way... not a big deal. All in all a good experience."

He did as promised and we had that company at our house within the hour (on a Saturday, no less). We spoke to that person for a good while about the different steps we could take and decided what was right for us. During this time, Leo texted to check on us and the outcome. I sent him the pictures of the issue and he gave me a reasonable price for the fix. He immediately came over to get our leak fixed so that we would not be without water over the weekend. "Mike installed a new water heater for me in a rental I own. Home Depot told me everything about requirements (of California and for mobile homes) to pick the best water heater and would not let me schedule installation until it could be delivered to the store in two weeks. I then found Mike online and called him. He came and inspected, came back and installed the water heater with all the requirements for less than Home Depot was going to charge and it was done in the same day. "I contacted Anderson Plumbing Heating & Air, a honest and trustworthy company after I realized at the last minute I needed a refrigerator water line assessment and they quickly sent Miguel to my home who noticed upon assessment inspection the water pressure was unsatisfactory and recommended replacing the water pressure valve in addition to the refrigerator water line.
