"Good and immediate service. Ricardo is, punctual, knowledgeable and nice. Ricardo responded immediately and came over a few hours later , ready to work (compared to other service providers I had contacted, who responded by Email requesting $100 plus just to show up for "evaluation"). The problem was that the A/C blower fan has been working continuously even when the thermostat controller is in "off" position. He replaced the internal electronic board with a new board and change some of the gas line pipes into the furnace unit, to bring them up to a modern safety code. The price is a little steep but the customer is happy."

"The job (clothes dryer not heating) was done in half an hour and the price was very reasonable! I even got a senior discount which was very much appreciated. The only issue I have was credit cards are not accepted. Which was fine since I had enough money in my checking account but for those who have to pay with a credit card you may have to look elsewhere. Other than that I would recommend Appliance General."

"Shawn was excellent with his services he was on time and also did the job we requested perfect and quick as well. I would recommend Shawn to anyone that needs with plumbing"

"Contractor called back immediately and scheduled an appointment with a good lead time. Service tech arrived within 2 hr window and repaired our wall heater with no issues and finished the work within 30 min. Checked the thermostat and verified with us present that the unit was functioning. Good guys. Would highly recommend them and if necessary, will use them again."

"He was very polite and professional. He built a cabinet for me that would’ve taken me an entire day- but only took him a few hours. He did a great job."

"Throughout our project, their general construction services were consistently professional and reliable. They managed every detail flawlessly, ensuring a smooth and efficient process from start to finish."

"Good customer service. Took a little longer than originally planned."
