He even met with us after installation to explain the almost incomprehensible PG&E bill. "My son and I installed new light switch in my garage. Thought we solved problem, only to find out other lights in the house were not working. Checked and tested breakers, the all seemed fine. Not sure what to do, so I called Scotties electrical service. He asked me to describe what my son and I did. He then told me what he thought might be the problem and to send him a picture of the switch we replaced if he first suggestion didn't fix the problem. Didn't need to send the picture, his first suggestion was correct. Very kind and friendly."

"I cannot express how pleased I am with Javier at JNR Electric! I pulled the chain on my ceiling fan to turn off the light and the whole chain pulled out of the fan into my hand! I searched for a repair person and Javier was the first to call. I'm SO glad he did! Rather than trying to sell me a whole new fan, like another electrician tried to do, he said he would try to fix it first, and he did! He was there when he said he would be and his charge was very reasonable. I appreciate that he tried the least expensive option before moving on to more expensive ones.
