"Frank did an amazing job on our powder room. He painted and installed the wallpaper on the walls, plus ceiling. He was very easy to work with, had great communication and was easy to schedule with. He worked fast and our bathroom looks incredible. I will hire Frank for any future painting/wallpaper needs!"

"Very responsive, great work and they got the work done on time. Used Urbina's Painting for full interior and exterior painting project and they were able to come in with the right number of people to do the job. Very professional and clean work - properly covered everything to protect furniture and flooring. They also did a great job preparing - filling holes, dents, fixing drywall issues etc. We were very happy with the final result."

"The installation of wallpaper was done expertly. It looks beautiful. James came, did all of his prep first, then completed the job in relatively short time. He was friendly and professional"

"Fabulous new cabinets!  I chose Randy after meeting with many painters, but none of them had his knowledge or expertise.  He immediately gave me some options and walked me thru all the steps of how they paint the cabinets for the best results.  I wanted a light gray but he convinced me Swiss Coffee would give me that new feeling and make my kitchen and bathrooms appear much bigger.  He was right it was amazing the transformation! My kitchen looks huge and new now!  My twins who are 3 said Mommy we have a New Home

Randy and his crew arrived on time and completed the job in four days.  They covered everything in my garage, kitchen and bathrooms before they started.  They left my garage cleaner than when they arrived!  They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with.  Randy had clear communication throughout the project.  The price was reasonable since it was a ton of work to take all the cabinets down, sand, prime and do two coats of paint via spraying.  I can barely see any grain lines at all in my old oak cabinets!  Thank you Randy and team for making my kitchen feel like new again!

"Bernardo was very great! I purchased a home and hired Bernardo to paint it before I moved in so it can feel like home and he absolutely fulfilled my desire. I highly recommend high tech painting!"

"We needed to turn our home into a rental property.  We had started to work with another contractor.  Unfortunately, the contractor had our start date for a month after we needed the project completed.  I searched Angie's List and found S&Y Corporation.  They came to our house, within an hour after my first call and started the project the very next day.

S&Y Corporation is one of the most professional contractors that we have worked with. Their employees are skilled artisans. Our floors, walls and electrical work were a WOW, for us. I was so impressed with their service, that I wish we had found them sooner. I would hire them again, in a heart beat!. Mr. Young Ko takes pride in the work of his team and was good with follow up, before, during and after the projects. Great job!  I will hire S&Y again."

"every thing went great and the workers were very proffesional."

"The service was wonderful. It was perfect. It went very well. They were on time and did a really good job."

"Excellent! Every time I asked for additional items to be done he never said no. Worked with very little space to create a mini laundry room as well as install and plumb my washer and dryer. Always cleaned up each day and is very professional with reasonable prices. Highly recommend"
