Initially I was a little disappointed since my call was directly forwarded to Zuta from Berkeley Appliance Repair without my knowledge. I questioned whether the 5* reviews were theirs or for BAP. They reassured me that they were getting all referrals from BAP in Berkeley and had me check Angie's and Yelp which confirmed Zuta's reputation. they did an excellent job and I will definitely keep their numbers for any other household repairs. We agreed to a day to do the work and he had to change the date, but it wasn't a problem for me as none of the job was an emergency or even urgent. He arrived on time on the designated day, with a helper, and repaired the problem lights in my unit, providing explanations of what failed in each of the four fixtures/switches. Then, he moved to the garage and fixed the very large fixtures in the 20 foot high ceilinged space. (He had to rent a ladder to do this part of the job.)
