"They did a number of things. Braced and restrapped water heater and ran copper line for pressure relief to outside. Unclogged master toilet and reseated. Bolted down second toilet. Reconnected clothes dryer vent. Repaired air gap/garbage disposal and drain line under kitchen sink, crawled under house and remove galvanized pipe straps and replaced with nylon pipe clamps. I was a contractor and used to do this work, o an very critical. They did an outstanding job. Went the extra mile several times. I was expecting a bill for a higher amount but they stuck with their estimate. I recommend them highly and would use them again!!"

Sure, we could've only replaced the pump as-is but we'd be right back where we were one day. Enter Fito Plumbers who quickly responded to my first call and began rethinking the layout & piping while getting our system working until the new pump came in. A job like this is part art and part science, and Arnul stayed true to doing what was right, making my options clear with an eye towards creating a much better system in the end. I'm not a plumber, but I am a chemical engineer and he and I worked well together with a common goal. Once the project started, all of the crewmembers were friendly, polite, conscientious and hard working. In the end, we removed about 60-70 feet of unnecessary piping with far too many elbows which dramatically decreased the static head on the new pump. And by moving the tank uphill to a smarter location on a new platform they built under the house, we also removed maybe 90 lbs of water weight that the new pump has to push against. At Arnul's suggestion, we also doubled the system capacity with a larger tank so that it will last a long time with less cycling and more room for the submerged pump to operate. I have no idea what the original builders were thinking, but we now have a dependable system that my house deserves. And everything is very neat and professional appearing with the wire harnesses and straps neatly positioned."

"I called Big Blue to repair my water heater which wouldn't relight, and was very impressed with the professionalism of Technician Nathan Jones. More than on time, Nate arrived and contacted me a half hour early. Fully prepared to replace my flooded out burner, Nate attempted to relight my pilot one more time, and it worked. He didnt try to upsell me and convince me to replace the burner anyway. Instead he gave me an estimate to replace the burner, made some recommendations for other areas of improvement, such as a sump pump to avoid potential flooding again, and gave me an estimate for that. "Had leak overnight under BR sink and Chandler was 1st responder. Came out very quickly to repair/repair. Upon checking on leak evidence under house, found evidence of sewage &; water leakage/pipe corrosion &; we scheduled that repair for next day (different men). Job completed. Told owner that I want invoice detailing findings and work done, but all I received was e-receipts of totals I payed, ($220/$2500/$6000). He said he would send me either via email or hard copy by mail. I need for my house files. I am still waiting...but haven't contacted Ishmael Chandler since the 5/22-23/2023 job. Comment on personnel: Victor - great worker (fixed leakage). Mario and ? - Mario physically very dirty at 9a.m.) but very nice. Other man-fine. Both men very hard workers! Mario left quite a mess behind in my bathroom for me to clean up (toilet area from seal replacement)."

"The only problem we had and they fixed it and they were very conscientious about it, the driver hit back into a fence along our tennis court and  then pulled a little bit and they came, rooter rooter came up and fixed it, so they were attentive to us and it was a difficult backing situation and I don't really blame them and they fixed it so in a way it's kind of a good sign because they were conscientious about it, they make a mistake they fixed it. <br /> <br /> They pump the septic tank pretty straight forward they pumped it out and drove away, he had to come back and do a second one."
