"BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS VENDOR! I was duped by this company! Told me the installation of my single front iron door would be $255/hr for 1 hr possible 2 hours for 2 people. This install was 7 hours for each person or 14 hours which cost me over $1300 to install 1 door. The door was already prehung. The 2 men were walking around wasting time, pretending to look for parts such as door handles which were right in front of them in the box. This is deceptive, false advertising, and will be reported to the BBB. They didn’t even get my confirmation/approval for additional hours or work! I will NEVER use their services again. Duped!"

They went the extra mile to answer our many questions and trained us on using our thermostats. They answered our inquiries re options on future expansion of our system. They made sure we knew how to properly use our system to optimize its capabilities. We are seniors, and not techies at all. They explained our 3-zone system to us in terms we could understand and even installed an app on our phones to remotely control our thermostats. Chris was so patient with us.
