"We had a concrete pad and premium shed built at the beginning of spring and I am now writing this review to share my experience. First, everyone was professional. Carl setup an appointment with me and was exactly on time. He took the time to speak with me about the project and answer any questions or concerns I had. He even invited me to his office to see some of the smaller sheds they had built that were on display. The materials are premium quality and the build is well engineered. This is what I call built tough. We've had several storms here since the shed was built and I can tell you the quality is exceptional. No leaks, no shift, no defect. This thing is weather tight. I suggest visiting his shop if you want to see the build quality. They have lots of options to add to your shed. The guys that came out to do the pad and the shed worked hard and did a thorough job. They would even explain what they were doing when I went out there to see how things were coming along. They were honest and communicated with me when they accidentally broke a sprinkler pipe which they immediately fixed. After several months there has been no shifting or cracking with the concrete pad, no moisture leaks in the shed, no warping or cracks in the siding and no leaks or problems with the roof. They did quality work and I have no concerns that the shed and the pad will last a very long time. Carl's team are professionals that communicate well and take pride in the works they do. They pay attention to details all along the build. There is no reason not to go with Sheds and More. We are truly happy with our shed. Thank you Carl"

"They havent resolved my issues yet. Still working on fixing the leak. they didnt send a very experienced installer so they had to come out several times. They didnt build it to code and the sub contractors they used were not fully qualified to do the job. The screen door is not installed correctly and I am still waiting for them to resolve this."

I contacted Integrated Outdoor Designs when I saw the amazing custom builds they had on their website. Kyle was very helpful in coming up with a design that would work for me and my budget. He took the time to understand what I wanted and came up with a design that exceeded my expectations. When my catio got started I was contacted by Kent who would be the project manager. Between him and Kyle, all of the details where taken care of. The two main contractors that did the majority of the build were Mike and James. I can't say enough good things about their work. They were friendly, courteous, and one could definitely see the years of experience they had. The people at Integrated Outdoor Designs are not only experts at constructing one of a kind outdoor builds, but they take care of everything for you...from permits to setting up appointments with contractors to getting materials. They also did a fabulous job in cleaning after themselves when they were done. I now have the perfect, bright, and cozy place to relax and enjoy the outdoors without having to worry about the heat. My cats are also having a great time exploring the new addition and climbing on the cat shelves that were customed built just for them. I would highly recommend Integrated Outdoor Designs to anyone looking for a high quality, custom build whether you want a patio, sunroom, or even your very own catio."

"The enclosure of our patio into a four seasons sunroom went well. I would have rated 5.0, but communication was lacking after the sale. There was a significant wait time after the sale, and no communication afterwards to update us on when the materials were expected. I had to initiate all communication. We were surprised that the project manager was never onsite after the initial drawings were done, but were very pleased with the subcontractors who actually did the installation. They did a great job and very nice and respectful! The sunroom is great! One recommendation is that we had our AC company install a dustless air conditioner. We had been advised by Champion that that it could be done before or after the sunroom installation. We had the AC installed before the sunroom which was definitely the right way to do it so that our sunroom wall/glass was not disturbed after it was installed."

"Less than a year after we moved in, we discovered mold (to which we are sensitive) in our "new" kitchen. Patriot Construction knew exactly what to do (hint: it does NOT involve bleach or DIY air samples) to handle the situation safely and also whom to contact regarding the testing. In addition to having the proper equipment, they were really good at explaining the different options and what each one might cost. They also could have taken advantage of the situation and told us that we needed an entirely new kitchen, but instead,their in-house master carpenter was able to build the needed cabinets to match the existing. We highly recommend them and will use them again on future projects."
