We were well informed of the progress. His crew did an excellent and clean job, working long hours getting the job done. Including excavated to a depth of 10 feet, patched up our concrete driveway and patched up the AC roadway nicely. Wesley even found time to replace our kitchen faucet and under drain without extra charge. Don’t believe he would be the cheapest initial estimate you would get. "Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed."
