Initially I had some issues w/the installation of the garage door opener when it was installed in 2012 when I bought my house, but I never contacted G & G to address them. While going through receipts of the various contractors that had done work for me since I bought my place, I decided to give G & G a call about my concerns from that initial installation (all of which I had mitigated myself).



John at G & G was very courteous and sincere with his concern that I didn't feel I had gotten a 100% great experience with the installation and assured me that had I called them back then, they would have addressed any concerns immediately and to my complete satisfaction. As a gesture of good will, he offered to do have someone come out and do a tune-up to the operator free of charge.



I will have to say, John and G & G stand by their work and service. I should have called them 3 years ago when I had issues w/the initial installation because I'm convinced those issues would have been remedied immediately and to my complete satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend G & G all my friends and family.
