"Excellent!!! Christopher Rubio was very responsive and kept me abreast of time of arrival throughout the day. He had a project in the morning and was coming to perform work for my mom later in the day. I was coming from an hour away so trying to coordinate time. He was very punctual and ended up waiting for me to arrive since I was delayed in traffic. Install went very well. We ran into a snag with one of the shower bars because the second stud could not be clearly identified, so Christopher immediately located a hardware store nearby and purchased tile anchors to secure bar into wall. He wanted to ensure that the bars installed were safe for my mom as if he were installing them for his mom or grandmother. He left the area clean and performed the job well. He made an elderly woman (my mom) very happy and I have piece of mind that my mom is safe having grab bars in her shower area. Thanks Christopher! "Windows looked great after cleaning. Surprised to see their screen cleaning was just wiping the screens with a rag. I ended up washing some of the down stairs scrrens while they cleaned the windows. They cleaned just that... the glass part of the window, no trim or window channels.
For the price it was a good service. House always looks brighter with clean windows. Wish they would have paid more attention to the screens.

"Very pleased with the overall result. Took much longer than communicated originally (8 weeks versus the 3 weeks quoted). Very good quality but we could not always be sure when they would show up for the next stage of our job, which meant we often stayed home expecting then to be on site, only to find out they they had not completed work at another site. Probably due to the fact that they do good work and are in demand.. and also that our project was quite complex with several stages. Make sure that your design plan is accurate and not subject to interpretation. The scale on our plan was subject to interpretation which caused us some issues. Fortunately, these were addressed to our satisfaction."
