I sent photos of the existing hot water heater and its location for his evaluation. Of the three estimates I received for purchase and installation; Streamline Plumbing was the lowest by $1000 for the exact same brand and model of tankless water heater. They were prompt and on-time for the installation and there were no hidden costs when I received the bill. "Scott did a great job. He works fast and did an excellent job. My faucet was uncommon in that it used a hands free motor which might have required more install time, but Scott made sure to do it in under an hour. He is also very clean. He made sure there was no dirt left in his work area and cleaned up old dirt left behind from removing old faucet. If requested, he will dispose of your old faucet for you. Scott also wears shoe covers when entering your home which I find to be very considerate.
