"Faucet was replaced in a timely manner for the fee quoted. I do see a couple of pieces of the old faucet were left. so clean up wasn't perfect. they also had to cut a hole in an interior wall to complete the project. I wasn't surprised at that, but they left the hole. Not real surprised at that, I've had other plumbers do that, I just wish they wouldn't. I guess plumbers aren't dry wall guys. I also used Torch services for A/C service prior to the plumbing job. They did good there. Service completed in a timely manner, and the tech was polite and efficient. The price of the service was within reason.. As quoted for cleaning, inspection, and testing. He did sell me two capacitors, he said were weak. Another tech wanted to replace those two years ago, and his company wanted a higher price. The guy from Torch, showed me the numbers from the capacitors, and didn't try to pressure me into the purchase. Said they might make it through the season, they might not. It 's been a long hot A/C season and still going here in November."

"I had completed the same repair on my previous house in the past and it was a simple process. I expected the replacement kit would cost about $20-$40. I was told by their office when I made the appointment that I would be told of any other repairs needed before work was commenced. They replaced the toilet bowl kit and also a short water hose leading into the water tank without talking to me. The total cost over $260 for what I thought would be a simple project. I feel taken advantage of."

"I was referred to Dan (DunRite) when I was having trouble with my warranty companies plumber they were making bad decisions. DunRite replaced about 30 ft of sewer line in my backyard and went above beyond fixing my problem, to include fixing the last companies mistakes. Most recently I had a blockage and they came out next day and fixed the problem, Dan the owner could tell I was having a bad day and said" this ones on me". Companies just don"t operate like this anymore. DunRite is a class act, call them if you need a Plumber is the Tulsa area."

"1) Outside faucet was replaced and works great. 2) Tech found and removed a bit of plastic that we couldn't find. Noise gone. 3) Problem determined to be a bad solenoid. He didn't have the part but he did put me in touch with Delta to order it. I'll have to put it in myself or pay another service call. 4) Tried to repair with new flapper balls (which I had already tried). Dye revealed slow leak continued, so he replaced one entire flush assembly which stopped the leak. He only had one kit on his truck though, so the other one I will have to replace. That's annoying. The professionalism downgrade is due to 1) the wet-vac he used to suck water out of the toilet tank sprayed fine drops of wet, greasy water across my bathroom. I was right there and cleaned it up in a few minutes with paper towels (and threw the dirtied rug in the washer). I told him it was no big deal, but it was annoying that he didn't apologize. He just said "it has a filter" like it hadn't just happened right in front of me. 2) He later dribbled a little blue-dyed water across the clean upstairs bathroom floor as he was going back out to his truck. My wife found it and was angrily asking me what happened (upstairs) when he came back in. He yelled "because I'm an idiot" and went upstairs. I thought that was his way of apologizing but no -- he was angry because he wrongly thought my wife called him that. She didn't, and she told him so. He said "I thought that's what I heard". My wife was so upset at being falsely accused she left the house. When he was all done and ready to leave I confronted him on this, telling him I was there and my wife did not call him an idiot and that she is not one to say such things. He finally apologized, but my wife wasn't there to hear it. Finally, he spent 15 minutes or more working up the bill. I thought I would get details on what each repair cost, but the receipt only had totals. I thought it was a little expensive, but I don't have much experience with plumbing costs. I was happy to get 10% off because we are also an HVAC customer."

Got it opened enough for it at least to be usable now. That's the best I could have hoped for without replacing the drain, which we have decided not to do at the moment. Very pleased.
