He was thorough in explainig my options, helpful in filling out papers for my orders and for financing, He was fun to work with and I recommend calling him if you want a new sunroom or enclosure. I had some installation glitches but the company was good at fixing the problems. I love my new enclosure and I'm glad I hired Patio Enclosures."

"It went really well. It was very good. The people were good. The only really problem we had were the building inspector. That was the only delay. You need to have the plan ahead of time because my idea of what I had had to change because of the rules and regulations of the heating. The city wouldn't allow things what I wanted."

"We consulted with Dreamstyle Remodeling, since the original sunroom was a Four Seasons. Jerome Rethmel explained all the options, from replacing the sunroom with a new one through building a "sunny room." We chose to convert the space to a conventionally framed/roofed space, with matching existing exterior stucco. We were impressed with his involvement and responsiveness, and with our site manager and the many other workers involved. All put in top quality work, left the space daily fastidiously clean, and went a step beyond on a few points (e.g. window sills not in the contract). Questions were promptly answered and, if need be, details corrected. We recognize they are not the lowest cost in town, but quality and peace of mind count for a lot!"

"We got in touch with Mountain Side Contractors on a referral and we are so glad we did! They completed 3 retaining walls in a very sloped backyard as well as poured 2 concrete patios and a sidewalk that ran from the back of the house all the way to the back of the yard. They used colored concrete and had a selection of colors and stamps for us to choose from. They allowed us to make a few changes and additions along the way to make sure it was exactly what we were looking for. They also assisted us in raising our block walls. They arrived early each morning and completed everything in the time they said they would. We received a few quotes and theirs was the best. Coupled with great reviews online and a friend referral, they were the obvious choice for the project. They did an excellent job and we wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to neighbors, friends and family."

Personable, hardworking crew.  This was not an easy or clean job.  Dusty, nasty with about a gazillion nails & screws.  Old roofing material, stucco, corbels, vigas, big beams and tongue and groove boards partially attached to the house.  Job required a bit of planning and finesse to get this all done without damage to the house or the workers.  Mission accomplished!/ <br />"
