"Glacier was recommended to me by a good friend and I contacted them and they were quick to get back to me. They set up a visit to look at my roof and were very thorough with pictures and documenting the damage to my roof. They worked well with my insurance and were great about keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Once the insurance side was worked out and the roof replacement and ceiling repair started, it went very quickly and the crew worked fast and did a great job. I had neighbors come over and ask for their information because they were so impressed with the crew and the work they did. The only thing that was a bummer is that it rained a lot toward the end of the job and so it was hard to clean up all beads/mess from the roofing job so once things dried up, I had more clean up than I'd like, but they did great removing nails and other materials. I have recommended Glacier to other people. Our roof looks great and no more leaking! I also like the many choices of color for the roof tiles and that it is more environmentally friendly than a lot. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
