The day I called him he made arrangements to come out the next day to assess work I needed completed.We made arrangements for him to come the following week with my estimate in hand. "I was very impressed with Sentri Homes - their customer service was excellent. They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them. I will be using Sentri for a much bigger renovation I have coming up soon, because I know that they will make sure everything gets done right no matter what problems come up. The vinyl looks great too."

"Ryan, the owner was on-site each day. The team of guys he had working on our project were hardworking, polite, and did a great job! We ran into some bumps with work that had been done by prior owners on the project and he was able to work right through and find a solution. VERY happy with the work, the service, and the finished product! We have other floorings that we will need to be done soon and I will be contacting Aereo to complete the work, hands down. I am not usually a person who is easy to please when it comes to home repair work, but this company did a fantastic job. I highly recommend them!"
