"I’ve recently had a major renovation of my home completed by Beantown Home Improvement. The project consisted of replacing the old clapboard and shingle siding with James Hardie fiber cement cedar mill planks. The project turned out great! Everyone who has seen it have had nothing but good comments about it. I’ve even had my neighbor request contact information for Beantown to get an estimate about a project he is looking to have done. The owner, Jim DelPrete, was very professional, knowledgeable and accommodating, from the initial meeting to the completion of the project. Initially, the project’s start date was estimated to be in August, but Jim was able to get a crew to start in June. Throughout the project, Jim would stop by to check on the progress and he would always respond promptly if a question arose. Janice was also extremely helpful throughout the whole project, whether it was to stop by to take measurements or to field a number of inquiries by phone. They were both very pleasant and accommodating. The work crew was excellent and put in long days to complete the project in a little over a weeks time. I would highly recommend choosing Beantown Home Improvement for your next project, I know I will choose them again."

"We looked at several options for replacing our siding. We settled on Hardiplank on the front and Cedar Impressions on the sides and back along with new gutters and leaf guard. Then came the task of finding the right contractor and reviewing multiple bids. Not all contractors we found worked with these (particularly the Cedar Impressions). Bel Islands made a great first impression. I found Bel Islands from an online search and all the reviews were very positive, especially about the responsiveness, personal attention and quality of work. Andrei came over within a day or so to review the job and understand what we wanted to do. He provided valuable suggestions on some detail work that would both make it look nice and be more functional. He treated the job and made suggestions as if it was his house. He was very responsive as we went back and forth on color selections and some additional ideas. The team that did the work was great. They worked not only quickly (through some very hot days), but the attention to detail was great and it showed in the finished product. We had reviewed proposals from several contractors. Bel Islands pricing was very reasonable for what was being done and the overall value was fantastic as we were very pleased with our interactions with both Andrei and the installation team....as well as the great quality of work. I am not sure what better reference can be provided than just saying.....I would definitely use Bel Islands again for future projects."

He was well prepared & very attentive to my specific needs, desires, & wishes. Offering a variety of payment plans & options. Power Home Remodeling had me from that very first meeting. A second consultant meeting was arranged for more specific details about the process & installation timeframe based on my specific needs. All in all over a period of months I met with three consultants plus a project manager for specific measurement details. Each & everyone of the Power crew was an exceptional individual, skilled in their own way& unique personality. "Claudio and his crew did an amazing job. They stripped my home down to the wood. He found areas of rot as well as pests and clean those up. He sealed every window pipe with waterproof tape. He repaired rot. He waterproofed and weatherproof the entire home, then re-shingles using high-quality materials to ensure my home would be waterproof endurable. He replaced my front porch, found more areas of rot and opened up the front and made my home look amazing. He discussed every step with me and planned with me the entire time. His information is solid and always leads you in the right direction. I am so fortunate to work with this man."
