"Guncay Glass and his team were responsive and on time and did a great job on the shower door."

"Office staff and estimators were great. An installer could have been more truthful."

"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"They did an awesome job! Showed up on time and cleaned up. I would hire them again."

"They installed some mirrors in my home and it was amazing. They were fast, efficient and polite. They explained the process step-by-step and showed me the material they were using before hand. They scheduled their appointment promptly after calling and arrived 15 minutes before arriving. The quote was free."

"Juan is an excellent profesional. He gave me a quote and within 1 week of payment, my three custom made shower doors were installed. Juan is very responsive and has attention to detail. It was very easy to work with him and I am very pleased with the results."

"I hired the company to install a glass shower door that I purchased (with measurements done by me). Overall, the work was excellent but, there were a few hiccups in getting to that point. I had to reschedule an appt 24-48 hours ahead of time due to delayed delivery of the glass shower door, and while the message was received and acknowledged, the installation team wasnâ  t notified and showed up anyway. After I explained the situation to the installation team (two men) and regretfully turned them away, they exhibited some unprofessional behavior such that they were having a verbal/mildly physical squabble amongst themselves in front of my house! I immediately called and emailed the office. Fortunately, we worked it out via a phone call from the office, rescheduled, and Iâ  m happy that I let the issue go. The work speaks for itself. I would hire them again."

"I had a fantastic experience with Fernando's company, Best Glass, LLC. Both Fernando and his wife were incredibly polite and efficient. Arriving on time installed my bathroom shower glass door in under two hours, and the end result is absolutely stunning. Fernando's attention to detail was incredible I appreciate their thoroughness and professionalism not to mention FAIR rates … Best Glass, LLC. Highly recommended!"

"Vladim and his brother are very nice and did a good job with the shower enclosure and the rear fence. The fence looks nice and is what we wanted. There are several reasons for my negative review: - They never arrived when they were supposed to - they were at least 1.5- 2 hours late for each appointment - They were missing one final piece for our rear yard fence which they said would "provide additional security" since we have small children. They promised they would swing by in the coming days to install it. They never showed up, I called and texted multiple times, sent several emails and have not heard anything. It's now been over a month and this one small piece is still not here. We provided plenty of time for them to respond before deciding to post this review. Overall their work is good and they are nice but their responsiveness, reliability and punctuality leave a lot to be desired."
