It had gotten off its tracks and was stuck open the evening before we were leaving on vacation. My call was answered by a polite human (!) who managed to schedule us early the following morning. The technicians arrived on schedule, explained what was needed clearly, replaced worn parts, and had the door sorted out quickly and professionally. He diligently inspected the issue with my garage door, explained the issue clearly and concisely and advised on cost without being pushy to initiate the repair. He had the repair completed quickly and tested out the garage door several times to ensure that there were no lingering issues. There were none. "I hired David to replace my old basic garage door with a new insulated one. He did fantastic work quickly at a very reasonable price with the utmost courtesy. David responded to my initial inquiry in an hour on Wednesday afternoon. As soon as I gave him dimensions, he sent a picture and quote of a door he had in stock that fit what I wanted. He came out to do a site eval first thing Friday morning, and performed the work first thing on Tuesday morning after a holiday weekend. Start-to-finish, including removal of the old door, he was done in less than three hours. He also went above and beyond to make the whole finished product look professional. The previous owners had installed the old door in a DIY fashion. The automatic opener was missing a light cover and had wires hanging out, and the keypad was missing a battery cover. David found and installed a replacement light cover and battery cover and cleaned up the wiring at no extra cost. I recommend David to anyone needing garage door service."
