"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"I requested a quote and Dell’s reached out a couple hours later. After a bit of phone tag we connected the next day. They had someone available to do a simple dishwasher repair (replace heating coil) that I just didn’t have the time or energy to figure out myself. I paid $150 via invoice, plus a cash tip. Worth it to me. Efficient and no hassle."

"MP Plumbing has helped us on several occasions and they are my "go-to" plumbing service. One incident was an emergency to stop a leak in our house and the other was a small job to replace an angle stop valve. In both cases the responsiveness and professionalism was top notch. MP Plumbing seems to really care about their customers and no job is too small. I highly recommend them"

"Our CPVC house piping had a lot of water hammer. After turning on the washing machine, I walked out for a moment, and then when I came back in water was dripping from the ceiling exhaust fan onto the washing machine. We have a two story house and they ran the hot water plumbing from the water heater in the garage through the laundry room ceiling. I removed the exhaust fan and could see water dripping from a tee way back beyond reach. The water hammer from the washer likely caused the fitting to start leaking. I turned the house water supply off and sent a message to Simpson plumbing through Angie's list. A lady from Simpson plumbing contacted me right away the next morning. She was courteous, but was having a hard time understanding what the problem was. Maybe I was giving too much information or something, but when the plumbers arrived later that afternoon they didn't understand what was going on. I ran through what happened again and showed them the wet spot on the ceiling. They had to cut an opening in the ceiling and we turned the water on and confirmed the leak. We moved my washing machine out of their way and they cut out the CPVC tee and replaced it with PEX. The piping was brittle so it took him a couple of attempts to get a straight cut which is why I called them to mess with it. After installing the PEX tee, we were leak free and at my request they provided a reference for the drywall repair. He also advised getting some water hammer arrestors installed on the supply lines to the washing machine to stop the water hammer, which I have since done."

"I have used Trustworthy numerous times during the last 3 years. They are very fast to respond to my request for services and can almost always accommodate my schedule. Their workers are pleasant, thorough and work quickly. I love coming home from work after they have been here and especially enjoy their professional touches. We've had very small issues with the window washing twice, and they have remedied both.
Occasionally, their arrival time has been off a little from the schedule, but given the nature of their work, that's understandable. I'm sure when my house takes extra work, they are late for their next appointment. Also, they sometimes arrive early.
I recommend their services."

"Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."

Dear Appliance Owner,\n\nMy name is Roy Teeples. I am announcing the start of my new business beginning Feb. 1, 2006. I have been an appliance technician since 1984. I am certified by NASDEC/NARDA as a Universal Technician and by the EPA for refrigerant handling.\n\nAs required by state law, I am licensed by the Contractors Construction Board , #168298, which means that I am Licensed, Insured and Bonded. This makes me totally legal and is exceptional to my profession. \n\nSince I am sole proprietor, when you call the number listed above, you will speak directly to the person doing the repair, not a receptionist, or dispatcher. I may ask specific questions regarding your machine so that I may anticipate any parts needed and have them on hand to complete the repair the first time.\n\nI look forward to your business. \n
