They went above and beyond. They replaced the wood underneath, replaced shingles, added a water diversion, added ice shielding, cleaned out the gutters, and cut branches.They even sent videos of the process. Very professional. Roofman was the only team that reached out to me and was one of the few to actually show up to provide me with a quote. Mitch was always easy to communicate with and get a hold of whenever I had questions or an ask (I had a lot and he was always incredibly accommodating!). His team were able to complete the basement and final city inspection within 60 days as promised. The quality of the work was great and I have received a lot of compliments on the look and design that he had much say in. His price was very reasonable where many of the other quotes I had received were just looking to take advantage.
