"Accent Roofing is an absolute professional operation. They replaced my roof that was replaced in 2008 by your typical storm chasing roofing companies. From start to finish they did exactly what they said they were going to do once I decide to use them for my new roof. The roofing system they use is second to none as well as their team of professionals that did the removal of the old roof and the installation of the new roof. From start to finish they had representatives on the ground and on the roof constantly keeping me updated as to the process, any damaged or rotted decking to the completion of the new roof and ensuring the roof system was being installed to the manufactures specifications. Throughout the process they were constantly taking pictures with a drone that they use to capture pictures of the removal of the old shingles, any damaged or rotting decking to the complete installation of the new roof. "We recently had our entire roof system replaced by PGRS and we highly recommend them! There are literally dozens of roofing companies locally, and I met with a number of them, but PGRS was by far more professional, reliable and customer service oriented than any other!! From the initial introduction of our project manager, Jason Loyd, to the first interview/ quote and finally the completion, PGRS stood out among all of the other companies. Jason was the reason we decided to go with PGRS as he was on-time, extremely knowledgeable, professional and candid about the process and his recommendations. He did not rush the first meeting and took the time to address all my concerns and questions. He was able to answer every question I had and provide realistic/ accurate timelines for our project. "We initially started working with Andrew in late 2023/early 2024 after purchasing our first home, which had its original roof on it from 05. We experienced some leaking on multiple occasions that he did not hesitate to come out and patch up for us any time I gave him a call, and his work was always warrantied. He is great to work with and was very honest with us about how much longer our roof would likely last, as well as how insurance companies work if you were to file a claim for replacement. After a tornado came and impacted our home in early 2025, I did not hesitate to reach back out to Andrew for help. On that same day, Andrew sent out Phillip G. to take a look at our roof, he assessed and we had quite a bit of damage. Like Andrew, Phillip was also very informative and professional. Phillip had great insight on roofs in this day and time and the way that they should be built out to current times code; which ours clearly was not up to par after being 20 years old. He was very reassuring and confident that if we decided to pursue an insurance claim, he would be able to give it his all and help us make it through from start to finish. We decided to pursue the claim and Phillip was there for us every step of the way. He helped us in making the perfect roof shingle selection that complimented our home aesthetic best, as well as helped us choose the perfect gutters, downspouts, and guard colors. He adamantly followed up with us on all details related to our roof and gutter replacements and outlined every detail pertaining to the itinerary of the replacements; it was a 3-day job for everything that we got done and he described it all to the T! He showed up, showed support, and stayed 100% genuine during the process. Our home looks absolutely amazing and Xtreme Xteriors did an amazing job! I know he even forked out a few bucks of his own money to keep me happy. He?s a real good man. Him and his team replaced an entire roof of probably over 2000 sqr ft and replaced the wafer board on over half of it, in under a day and a half.
