"I have a ranch house with a big basement, built into the side of a steep hill. The house has always had problems with water in the basement, and numerous attempts have been made to fix the problem over the years, including reinforcing the foundation wall in the basement with buttresses after the wall cracked, and putting a concrete apron a across the front. I'm not one for half measures, so the last time water started getting in, I talked to Everdry and two other well known waterproofing companies. Everdry offered me the best price by far, but more importantly, they suggested tackling the problem with both internal AND external waterproofing. The other two companies did not offer both, only internal systems. I prefer to stop the water before it gets in, not just remove it after it's already in. He inspected the house and honestly explained that he did not see any house foundation issues. The water leaking issues were caused by pipe broken.
