"The blower on the furnace stopped working.  The technician showed up on time, wore surgical booties over his shoes (to prevent tracking dirt into the house), and successfully diagnosed and replaced the bad capacitor.  I asked him why the unit was turning on and off frequently and after some further inspection he explained it was because there was not sufficient return air coming to the unit causing the furnace to over heat (due to low air flow), turns off, cools down, then turns back on again repeating the cycle.  He recommended a couple simple solutions that I could do myself (if I felt comfortable).  Nice guy - friendly, professional, knowledgable, and didn't try to gouge me for every penny.

"The fellas that came to move us were really very nice and I felt comfortable as a single woman. They were most respectful and efficient. all was done in 6 hours. One or two small items where the plastic was not removed and the washer wasn't hooked up thoroughly, and my vanity mirror wasn't reattached. Otherwise the major parts of the move were done so well and without breakage. I would highly recommend them to others and would use them in the future."
