Needed more guidance on buying the right materials to avoid extra expenses and hassle. Overall did what was expected and when there was not sufficient adhesive in an area of the floor, they came back to inject additional adhesive into the area. It appears that it worked."

"The guys moved all the furniture/appliances out of the rooms, pulled up all the old flooring, laid the new vinyl plank flooring, including molding and caulking. They did whatever little things I noticed in the completed work. They moved all the furniture and appliances back into place. They were very nice, professional, and it was obvious they wanted to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I really appreciate their solid work ethic, and politeness. When it comes time to do another flooring project, I will definitely be calling these guys."

We've used Bertolli Floors before, and with all the uncertainties that came with the home purchase during COVID 19, using them was not one of them (thank God). It's really nice to know there are floor installation professionals like Bruno and his team out there. You can depend on them. Their word is good, and their work is even better. They installed over a thousand square feet of tile for me, and they delivered better than expected, the first time through! No re-runs for these guys. "Best work, price, and team members that could ever want to hire. Ivan Franco was the project manager. He had several different teams which were specialist in every aspect of removal of the old siding, repairing our back deck and deck stairs. This included preparing my house to received a satisfactory rating to assist me in getting my mortgage refinance through the Veterans Administration. After refinance the Make A Choice Home Exterior, LLC team removed our old siding and installed the new Hardie Plank Siding , install new outside lights, reframed out windows and painted the new siding. This has been a great experience."

"Seriously the best! First off, if you have an insurance claim call K&M. Long story short my toilets water line came loose and the entire first-floor flooring needed to be replaced. I contacted K&M and John (the consultant) was out in less than an hour, John was fantastic! John went over the whole process with me - he went over different flooring options, cost, timing, installation, and what to expect. John's communication was second to none, he was constantly updating me on my project. Next came install day - Crew chief Paulo and his crew rocked! Super nice guys, were obviously very experienced and fast! Once Paulo and his crew get started they don't stop, they knocked out my floors in a day, no joke, one day... And the floors look great!! I chose the "Aruba" color, I love it. Super durable and they look exactly like hardwoods. Best of all, John and his crew helped me deal with my insurance adjuster. Before I chose K&M my insurance adjuster was a complete nightmare; I'm lost when it comes to insurance claims. K&M took over my project and made my process 100 times easier and stress free. John and crew took care of everything; they fought with my insurance adjuster to upgrade my old carpeted floors to new LVP floors for next to nothing out of pocket. The whole process was stress free and I could not be happier. I don't normally leave reviews but I felt I needed to since this experience was so amazing. I will be recommending K&M, John, and Paulo to everyone; if you're looking to get new floors K&M needs to be at the top of your list."
