"Responsiveness was good. The work was good. I gave four stars instead of five stars for the following reason. After the replacing the pipe to my house, the water was turned on for us while we waited for the city inspection. Which was nice. However, as I was leaving for work the next morning, a water geyser was shooting up from the work area. I grabbed a wrench, used a screw driver to remove the water meter cover, and searched for the shut-off valve with water up to my elbows and shoes and pants getting soaked. I got the valve shut off. The water kept coming. That didn't make sense to me until the geyser stopped all of a sudden. It was coming from the neighbors sprinkler head, which was missing, which was right in the tug-out trench. I asked the plumber later if they had knocked the sprinkler head off as they were digging the trench and he said no, that it was already missing a head as they had came across it. Well that would have been nice to know. I could have told the neighbor not to run their sprinkler. I could have gone to work with dry shoes. I will give Plumber Near Me Kudo's - they did put their own sprinkler head on the neighbors pipe, which was nice."

"We contacted Callahan for repairing our bathroom which was in bad shape. Callahan gave a quote for reasonable price and assisted us in picking the correct materials for bathroom and did the work very well. We were quite impressed with him and so when a airconditioning unit stopped working we approached him and he gladly helped us to fix the unit. "Storm responded promptly to my email and was able to come by the same morning. He determined that the turbines were damaged and would need to be replaced. We already had some of the roof shingles. Storm went to Home Depot and purchased the replacement turbines and installed them and replaced the necessary shingles. He inspected the roof and added some needed silicone caulk. Storm detected the smell of methane from one of the turbines and asked to take a look in the attic. He showed me where one of the bathroom vent pipes was clearly damaged and we agreed that he would return the next day to repair the pipe.
