"So Cal Builders & Design Inc did an amazing job as our general contractor for major home repairs. They fixed structural issues, updated our kitchen, and repaired damaged flooring with great attention to detail. The team was professional, communicative, and finished on time. The quality exceeded our expectations, and we felt supported throughout the whole process. Highly recommend them for any major home repair project!"

"Legacy Builders & Design was great to work with on our home renovation. Jon communicated clearly and stayed on top of the project from start to finish. This was a very professional group to work with and we would hire them again for any future contractor needs. I'd highly recommend them!"

"Very knowledgeable about renovations and very clean work ."

"We hired McCormick Home Builders to remodel our living room, and we are beyond pleased with the result. The team was professional, worked efficiently, and Aris design ideas made a huge difference. The room feels so much brighter and more spacious. This was the best decision we made for our home, and we were already planning our next remodel with them."

"In preparation for a major remodel, we needed to move three rooms (living room, kitchen and dining room) full of furniture, books, glassware, and plenty of other stuff, moved into a modular POD. First, the gentlemen from Ranch Hands are not your typical movers - these men arrived were clean and nicely dressed (for work of course), promptly on time, and absolutely ready to help. Second, they work with incredible efficiency and a total can-do attitude. Their truck was even clean and free of debris.

They took great care with our possessions, especially the furniture, and as a result nothing was damaged. A couple of larger pieces had to be disassembled to get them out of the house. Knowing that we would be ultimately be moving everything back into the house upon completion of the work, they made a deliberate point of keeping the necessary hardware together and packed the POD so that we could easily and safely bring each piece out for easy reassembly once back in the house.

I was especially impressed with how well they work together as a team. Once we realized some of the larger pieces would need to be disassembled, they immediately inspected the piece, devised a plan to make sure nothing would be damaged and then determined how to best put the pieces into the POD. Needless to say, we called Ranch Hands once everything needed to go back into the house.

You can really tell when an organization and it's people take pride in their work...with the guys from Ranch Hands, this was crystal clear the minute they arrived at our house."

"I am a contractor myself so I am well aware of quality, attention to detail and caring, All of which Slate Construction incorporated into my major kitchen remodel. He was very organized from the beginning and took extra steps to keep the interior of the home clean. I can honestly say he?s a perfectionist when it comes to his work. There were many times when he wasn?t happy with the outcome of a task and I thought it looked fine and even told him such, however if he wasn?t happy with it then he would do it over. I also should mention that the project was completed in a very timely manner therefore we did not have to endure the inconvenience of a remodel longer than necessary. I am very pleased and willing to recommend him to anyone."
