Joel and his assistant, Chuck, installed 2 new garage doors as well as 2 garage door openers (this house had never had garage door openers). Joel went over all of our options regarding repairing our old doors versus getting new ones as well as the range of garage door opener options. Communications were great from start to finish, from fine tuning the options on our quote, to scheduling the install. They arrived promptly, the install was done in the time predicted (about 5 hours), followed by a thorough clean up and post install instruction re: features of the openers. Highly recommend!"

"I called and your as able to get an appointment scheduled the next day. I was told that a tech would be on site to help within a 3 hour window and that I would get a phone call before they arrived. Soon after confirming the appointment, I received an email with the confirmation and the tech that was assigned to help, along with a picture and a short bio. Made me feel so much more comfortable allowing a worker into my home to repair the broken garage door. Everything went exactly as described. After a quick diagnosis, I was given a quote for the work and a time estimate to complete the work. The work was actually completed quicker than the estimate, but he took the time to explain what he fixed while showing me. Again, exactly as described beforehand. Could not be happier with the service I received."
