They arrived on schedule, completed the project without any incidents and followed all safety protocols involved. When the job was completed, there was absolutely no evidence of their existence! Not a single nail or any debris was left behind. I was especially pleased with the gutter replacements that were installed. I have owned this home since 1998 and have always faced water ponding in the backyard. After the gutter replacements were installed, the ponding issues no longer exist! "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"They did a great job. The house had not been touched or cleaned in several years, and there was so much debris that plants were growing on the roof and gutters. The got the areas of vinyl siding cleaned without damaging it, and the roofs looked great when they were done. The gutters were cleaned out and running well also. They showed up on time, and Gearold communicated well.

"Roy came by to provide an estimate on 6/13, and he appeared to be very knowledgeable. We agreed on the work to be done, the price, and the start date.  He mentioned that when customers don't pay, they come back and repossess the screens. At the time I found that to be an odd comment, especially as new customer. The installers came on 6/19 and were unable to complete the job, because Roy made a mistake and wrote the wrong percentage down on the measuring sheets. The installers came back on 6/22 and were unable to complete the job because they forgot one of the screens. The job was completed on 6/23. I received the warranty letter on 7/2.
I am very happy with the solar screens, in that they do keep the house cooler, and look nice. I am extremely disappointed with their customer service, and their mishandling of the install. I sent Roy a text on 6/22 requesting consideration for their mistakes, and if they could toss in 2 additional screens, which would have cost them about $37 each. He did not bother to reply. I called the company line twice and spoke to a guy (didn't catch his name). The first time, he dismissed my concerns, and kept saying "it was an honest mistake".  After the job had been completed, I received a voice mail and called them back, thinking that they were going to offer me a deal. When I called back, I spoke with the same guy, and he asked me about the payment. I told him that I was a man of my word, that unlike them, that I would hold my end of the bargain, and would send payment via check. I then asked him for any consideration due to the company's mishandling of the install, and he started getting rude, and repeating "it was an honest mistake". At one point he told me not to call them back again, to which I replied that the screens have a lifetime warranty, and if I have a problem with them. I would call them. He put Roy on the line, and I asked him if he received my text. He said that he did, and that he referred it to his boss.  As of 8/14, I haven't heard from a company representative.
Unfortunately, I am unable recommend this company. They have a great product, but the sign of a good company is to step up to satisfy the customer when things don't go well.

"The quote process was easy, no high pressure "buy now or the price goes up". The price was much more reasonable than other companies I got quotes from, the owner/salesman seemed very honest and delivered when he promised. When the windows arrived I noticed 1 missing on installation day, one of the bathroom windows with translucent glass was late arriving so that had to be scheduled at a later date while we waited for that one to arrive. The crew showed up when promised. They did leave some mess in the front-side yard, they forgot 3 of the screens during the demo on the side of the house and I did find lots of broken glass in the flowerbeds after they finished which I cleaned. Inside though, they thoroughly cleaned and vacuumed up their mess. Some of the caulking could have been better. The first 14 windows took 2 days, they came back later to install the bathroom window which was done in about an hour. The product itself is very nice, I purchased the vinyl, double pane, that tilted in to clean easily."

"DAV Construction was hired to replace a damaged roof and gutters. They did a professional job of discussing the bid with me. However, this was more than a roofing job. I had an issue with water seeping through my second floor brick that continued to damage my interior and patio cover. We all thought it was a poor trim installation. Alex took a hard core position of helping me correct the problem. We had to repair any openings in the existing brick and applied a water sealant. I even had a phone call several months later after a heavy rain storm to see if we had any visible leaks. All was good and the extra effort was was high on the scale of taking care of the customer. I would personally recommend Alex and his team to anyone."
