We were aware of the reputation of some pool builders in Utah, who often left their customers with half-finished or poorly built pools. We spoke with individuals who needed immediate repairs upon completing their pool. Our due diligence was a necessary step, given that Utah has made it easy for landscape companies to enter the pool business. We interviewed several pool builders and their customers and received multiple bids. "I had 2 walls built and they look great. I also had sod and drain lines installed and irrigation lines re-routed. That portion of the project did not go very smoothly. The work was not initially done to my satisfaction and some of it had to be re-done. I had some difficulty communicating with the work crew between my broken Spanish and their broken English. I believe that some of the problems may have been avoided with more site supervision of the work crew. Tom Berenguel was very accommodating and willing to do whatever needed to be done as problems arose. I can only recommend the company for masonry projects."
