"Luis is the ultimate professional. He leveled the TV after mounting, reprogrammed the universal remote, updating the settings with the new TV as well as removing previously installed devices. He arrived when he said he would and stayed until he finished the job. White glove service after, he removed all debris, screws, ties, etc before leaving. Price was reasonable. Would recommend Luis to anyone that needs audio/video work."

"Andy was very professional and was willing to adjust his schedule to help me out which was greatly appreciated. He had other jobs for today but made it out to see me first before making his drive back in the opposite direction to his other job. I had a very difficult cable run through the wall with an exaggerated pull to make it over the roof beams and down. I am not sure the quality of the line but something was causing the cables to get stuck up in the wall. My patients was tested with this. If I do meet the engineer who designed this I would love to drag them to the house and make them pull the line themselves! Andy navigated the run and mounted the new tv mount to the wall. "I liked everything they did. They're kind of in between and A and a B. Their price is good, service is good.  I think if you don't tell them exactly what you want then it doesn't get done right so you have to be careful  with them. They were going to put, they put one of the tvs off center. It was too low. I was trying to put above my treadmill and they put it below where I fold up the treadmill. They fixed it and that was fine. The other tv that I have in the same bedroom they claim it was the only way it could be done. It's not like they did sloppy work. The guy was nice, he came on time."
